Story time…
This was an amazing family session Neal Urban Portraits did at the Buffalo Club in downtown Buffalo. Neal Urban weddings met this family when photographing the daughters wedding. They had their engagement portraits at the Market Arcade (Sinatra & Company Building). An engagement party was followed at Albright Knox Art Gallery. The wedding was in Sonoma California. Events took place at Inglenook Estate and Chateau St. Jean Winery.
It was now time to have some family portraits taken for the holidays. The woodwork at the Buffalo Club was gorgeous. The fireplaces and furniture were perfect. Neal Urban Studio had the place to ourselves, with access to a lot of areas in the Club. Photographing members was also a bonus. After doing family combinations, Neal Urban Photography broke things down into smaller groups. Everyone got a solo portrait as well. This is where this beautiful image was created!
Flash forward and one of his daughters had their first child. A little boy that was a clone of grandpa. So happy and smiley. Personalities were the same. Both always keeping the audience laughing and in a great mood! Neal Urban Photography can’t wait for this little guy to grow up and see this portrait. It is hanging in mom’s home office. There are going to be so many stories to tell him surrounding this image.
