Rick and Leanne had a gorgeous destination wedding at the Sandals White House Resort in Jamaica (now called Sandals South Coast). They actually had a lot of guests for a destination wedding. They did a regular reception with speeches and dancing.
This was their first dance! We love this image! During the dance, Neal had me run behind the bride and groom with a flash. He wanted to back light them! He shot the image dark, so he would get the glow behind Rick and Leanne!
I love how the light outlined their bodies! They were in their own world during this dance. They didn't even know I was holding a light behind them!
This was only one of the amazing images we got for Rick and Leanne's wedding. We were there for a few days and did another shoot the day after the wedding. The bride put her wedding dress back on and the groom his suit! We planned to take photos around the resort and end on the beach for sunset photos! Jamaican sunsets are always gorgeous! We have photographed two weddings there. We had breath taking sunsets every night!
Back home in Buffalo, Rick and Leanne had a huge reception for friends and family! We had the pleasure of doing photos for that too! It was at Antonio's Banquet and Conference Center in Niagara Falls!
