Ali and Colton had a gorgeous wedding. The bride got ready at her parents house in downtown Buffalo. A gorgeous home with beautiful hardwood and wall paper. She had a vintage lace dress. Ali looked absolutely stunning. Neal Urban Portraits could have stayed at the house for an entire wedding session! The groom was already at the Basilica, so we did his portraits there. Not a bad place to have those done. After the ceremony, Neal Urban Studio stayed and did more portraits with the now husband and wife both inside and outside of the church. We also photographed the family portraits and group shots with the wedding party.
The wedding reception and cocktail were at Park Country Club. This is another favorite location for Neal Urban Weddings. If you did not know, a while back, Neal Urban was photographing golf courses. Park Country Club was on that list, so Neal Urban Studio was very familiar with the grounds. It was raining slightly, so this tree lined path was perfect for the bride and groom to take cover from some quick portraits. We still had some beautiful light outside, so we really wanted to take advantage. We loved how the tall grass was glowing in the back round.
The bride came well prepared with her vintage fur and also a custom designed jean jacket, which we used later for photos.
