It's midnight on this New Year's Eve wedding on December 31, 2018 for Emily and Brandon at the Rapid's Theatre. There was a lot leading up to this moment. The dance floor was packed and all the guests were having a great time. Champagne was being passed out for the ball drop. The big screen on the stage was broadcasting the ball drop. The confetti cannons were ready to go. The bride and groom's family and friends were surrounding them on the dance floor. And we were in position for photos. Neal was on the stage to get everyone and all of the guests in the photos. I was on the dance floor focusing in on the bride and groom.
5,4,3,2,1 Happy New Year! Confetti cannons exploded and confetti was falling from the ceiling. Everyone was toasting the newlyweds, and Emily and Brandon had their first kiss of 2019! Look at all the love and happiness from the crowd of people behind the couple. They were surrounded by so many family and friends that wanted to celebrate with them.
The bride and groom got ready only about a mile away from each other. Brandon was at a family house with his groomsmen (and father of the groom and father of the bride). Emily was down the road at and old house on the Freedom Run Winery property. Her bridesmaids and mother of the bride and mother of the groom were with her as well. The wedding ceremony was at All Saints Roman Catholic Church in Lockport, NY. The day was kind of gloomy and rainy so we went right to Rapid's Theatre for bridal party portraits. We took cover under the marquee for some sparkler photos and then inside with the bride and groom. Both bride and groom had great getting ready locations that we could take advantage of earlier for portraits! All in all, it was a beautiful wedding and we captured some amazing images for this lovely couple.
