Aly and Mark had such a great wedding. They had such a great story for their getting ready portraits. They both got ready at the bride's parents house. They live out of town and drove in together. All of the groomsmen and groom got ready in the basement, while the bride and her bridesmaids had the first and second floor. Neal Urban Photography could not believe they did not see each other at all. It was amazing! Not to mention at least 12 children were part of the weddings.
Aly did a first look with her father in this same room that mom and bridesmaids were in. The room was huge, so the rest of the party was able to watch but be out of the way. Neal Urban Studio loves the expressions on their faces. Mother of the groom even popped her head in. This photo is one reason why our husband and wife photography team does not split up. We always have one camera on the action and the other reaction. If one of our cameras was on the bride and dad, the other has the chance to photograph other things happening.
Neal Urban Studio first met Aly and Mark on their engagement portrait session. This was done at Freedom Winery. Fast forward to the wedding day and the ceremony also took place at the winery. Then it was off to the reception at Wurlitzer Events.
