Kristin and Tad had a beautiful October wedding in Ellicottville NY. They had their wedding and reception at Holiday Valley Lodge. Both bride and groom got ready there. Ceremony was held outdoors in the courtyard. Before the ceremony, Kristin wanted to do a first look with her father. Neal Urban Weddings decided to have that take place on the dance floor of the reception.
It was such a special moment. Dad had been waiting to see her all day. Finally it was time. During a first look, Neal Urban Studio always has a camera on the bride and one on dad (or whoever is part of the first look). This way we are capturing every angle. We always go in with a game plan and let everyone know what we will be doing and stay out of the way.
Neal Urban Portraits had the honor of also photographing Kristin and Tads engagement session. We went to Chestnut Ridge State Park. They wanted a winter wonderland. They sure got it. The snow was so deep and gorgeous. They also brought their pup! Toward the end of the session it started to snow. It was so much fun getting to know this couple. Neal Urban Photography knew their wedding day was going to be just as beautiful!
