Rachel and Jimmy did something a little different for their wedding. They were somewhat postponed due to Covid. They decided to keep their original October date in 2020 for a small and intimate ceremony at Statler City. Neal Urban Photography arrived about an hour before and did some formal portraits with the bride and groom. Then we photographed the ceremony. After we did a few quick family portraits. Then the family did a small cocktail style dinner.
In October 2021, on their one year anniversary, Rachel and Jimmy still wanted their party and wedding day. They did almost everything except another ceremony. They decided to skip that. Both bride and groom got ready at the Westin Hotel in downtown Buffalo. Neal Urban Studio did photos there first. The bridesmaids decided to take a selfie, so we were documenting them taking their own photo! How fun!
Then we headed right outside of the Westin with the bridal party for a few quick portraits. We all walked down to Niagara Square/City Hall area next. Then it was onto the Statler for a few last images before cocktail hour was to start. The party was in full swing in no time for this amazing couple! Neal Urban Weddings was so happy we were able to experience this wedding journey with Rachel and Jimmy!
