We love mirrors and reflections! Jenna and Artie got married at the end of May. They had a ceremony at Our Lady of Victory in Lackawanna and the reception at the Statler in Buffalo.
We started off the day at the Hampton Inn in Buffalo, where they both were getting ready. Jenna was super nervous that morning. At one point she needed everyone out of the room except her sisters to catch her breath. I was on my way out and she grabbed me and told me to stay! Neal was working with Artie! We had worked with Jenna and Artie before, so she was used to me being around! She told me I was very calming!
The bride's mother and two sisters helped her get into her wedding dress! After that we did portraits with Jenna. We had everyone clear out of the room for just a few minutes. We moved a bit of furniture around (as we always do) to make more space. Neal had Jenna posing for a photo and then I saw him pause for a second. He then pulled this mirror, which is also the closet door, forward. He asked me to move a bit. I was in the reflection. Then he had Jenna look toward me. From my angle I did not see what Neal did. This was gorgeous!
Neal's mind is always going. Usually at a really fast pace. I had to learn to keep up with him. It was not easy. But when beautiful images are created like this, I learned really fast!
