Kerry and Sal got married in June of 2018. The ceremony and reception were both at the Brickhall in the Hollow in Clarence NY. It was a balmy 93 degrees that day, but did not stop the bride from being her fun quirky self! The Groom and Groomsmen got ready at the couple's house. Kerry and her Bridesmaids had the upstairs bridal suite at the Brickhall. It was a huge open space for them to have a bite, some champagne, and get ready.
We have known Kerry for a very long time. She was a fitness model Neal photographed when he first got into photography over 11 years ago. We knew her personality and how fun she was. Once we got to know Sal and learned his personality wasjust as fun as Kerry's, we knew they were going to have a crazy wedding!
After all the Bridesmaids got dressed, we had the Bride get into her dress. We then had the bridal suite to ourselves with just Kerry. While we moved around a few pieces of furniture, the Bride started to have her own dance party (with no music). Posing with Kerry was so easy. We really never had to tell her anything. Pretty much, just where we needed her to be. We originally asked her to sit on the edge of the couch. Then this happened! She was singing and showing off her shoes! It was perfect! This is the true Kerry!
For photos we went to a park right across the street from BrickHall at the Hollow. We started at the Landow Log Cabin with some Groom and Groomsmen photos. Then we moved onto the Bride and Bridesmaids portraits. We walked around to the front of the property and did photos of the couple using the porch of the Clarence Historical Museum. The original plan was to go into the park. But, we saw these buildings on the way in and had to stop.
The party started right away when we got back to the BrickHall. The dance floor was packed all night. As the night went on, both the Bride and Groom did outfit changes!
