Neal Urban Studio was so excited for this family portrait session. The dad's wanted formal, timeless, and classic images. They came to the right place at Neal Urban Photography. We had the two dad's, two little boys, and two little girls. Neal Urban kept things pretty simple with set/back ground. A lot of gray and muted down tones.
Besides doing the larger group portraits, everyone got solo photos taken by Neal Urban. This little girl was so cute. At first, she really wanted nothing to do with the photos. So we let her take a break and sit back for a while. Once she saw her other siblings getting their photos taken, she hopped right in. You wouldn't think that from her facial expression in this image, but she finished out the shoot fantastic.
Studio lighting was so important for this session. The family wanted a specific style that Neal Urban offered. This portrait style is not for everyone. Neal Urban Studio has to keep a calm vibe. Not so crazy, happy, jumping around for kids attention. This was supposed to be a little more serious. Then at the end, Neal Urban Photography pumped up the music for laughs and dancing for the kids!
