Melissa and Bill had such a beautiful wedding event. They are from Buffalo NY, but decided to have a destination wedding in Sarasota Florida, as they spend a lot of time there. Neal Urban Photography photographed the bride and groom to be engagement session at Fort Niagara State Park. It was inside of the Old Fort using the Castles, and old stone walls and other historic buildings.
The wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony took place at the Ritz Carlton Beach Club Sarasota Florida. The rehearsal dinner was at the beach bar restaurant Jack Dusty's!
The bride, bridesmaids, and flower girl (the bride and grooms daughter), got ready at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. This is also where the reception would take place later in the evening. Getting ready portraits of the bride were amazing. Her bridal suite was massive. The bride's daughter was around 5 years old at the time and is so sweet with her mother. She was all cozied up with her during hair and makeup. Being the flower girl, she had a lot of camera opps!
After the ceremony at the Ritz Carlton Beach Club, Neal Urban Photography did photos with the wedding party. Then took the bride for some portraits. This wall was amazing with the shadows. The shadows were cast from a palm tree and looked like stripes. Neal Urban Weddings placed the bride's upper body in one of the light openings just to see her profile. Gorgeous!
The reception and dance party were at the Ritz Carlton Hotel as well! Most of the wedding guests stayed there too. Neal Urban Photography took the bride and groom for photos around the hotel as well during the reception.
The bride and groom were also having a reception back in Buffalo for the friends and family that could not attend the wedding in Sarasota Florida. That was taking place at the Curtis Hotel in downtown Buffalo. Neal Urban Weddings was so excited to get more photos of the husband and wife back in their hometown! The wedding was very elegant and high end, whereas the Curtis Hotel reception was a bit more chill and relaxed!
