This maternity portrait session was so much fun. After seeing the style of outfits, Neal Urban Portraits decided to bring a back drop on location. The photos were done at Fort Niagara State Park. As the sun started to drop, Neal Urban Photography headed over to this area of the park to set up. An old wooden chair was also brought in. Then a few additional lights to give a nice glow to the expecting couple.
The maternity session started off very playful. There was a lot of interaction and not so much posing. When it came to this portion of the maternity photos, posing had to be spot on. All of the colors work out so well in this image. The dress was a gray/blue and paired with the back drop, gave a dark look. The golden color of the sun setting in the trees helps brighten up the image.
