Neal Urban Photography was so excited to photograph this dancer Ellie. She was part of the Abandon Dancer Theater Sessions as well as another session at Neal Urban Studio in Buffalo NY. The theater sessions were at Fort Niagara State Park. Ellie also assisted Neal Urban Photography with the dancer sessions in helping with posing for the dancers!
In the studio sessions, this dancer was super carefree and did a lot of flowing movements. Neal Urban Photography loved this ombre skirt. There were hints of dark blue. Neal Urban Photography had the perfect blue back drop for this series. It almost looks black here. It all looked so good with her red hair too. The dancers arms, legs, skirt, and hair are all flowing together. Neal Urban also asked Ellie to grab the ring light and use it as a prop to dance and pose!
Neal Urban Photography loves story telling with our photos. Neal Urban designed a beautiful custom album for Ellie. This particular series with the ring light was displayed in the album through a 2 page spread. Print is the final goal for Neal Urban Photography. Having this series all together across a page shows off that story all in one!
