Two sisters dance and swirl across the room, their giggles dancing on the wind as they stroll side by side. Their affection is in every step, in every turn, as though the rhythm of the music taps out their ownmutual energy. Their footsteps are light and free, a stunning mix of strength and elegance, as they let go in the dance, hand in hand. Their smiles are as bright as their hearts, and nothing else could matter in this moment but pure enjoyment of the dance together.
Neal Urban Photography really enjoyed photographing these sisters at our Abandon Theater Dance Sessions at Fort Niagara State Park. Both girls had very different visions and style of dance they wanted Neal Urban to capture. They had poses and dance moves already picked out. Neal Urban Photography photographed the sisters together, then separate.
Neal Urban Studio photographed the dancers on the theater stage, then in a front room of the theater with big windows. The sisters also had some ideas planned for being photographed together. Neal Urban Photography loved this idea for the girls on stage. It was so fun watching the girls decide who was going to do which pose.
Neal Urban Photography designed a custom photo print box for these dancers. It was a lot of fun selecting their favorites, along with mom and dad at Neal Urban Studio during the photo reveal!
