We loved Jessica and Pete's vision for their maternity session. They wanted to get really dressy and have a high fashion shoot.
At first we were thinking of doing this shoot on location somewhere like Shea's Performing Arts Center or the Statler. Unfortunately, Pete and Jessica live out of town and the only time they could come up didn't work out with the locations. We decided we could create the set for them at Neal Urban Studio. We love to build sets, so we should have done this from the start.
We were in love with those outfits! Jessica went so bold with the red fitted dress. She had to go very tight because her belly was so tiny! Pete can pull of anything. His jacket was amazing and so fun! It looked great with Jessica's dress!
We love antique furniture as well. This couch was on loan from one of our Disney brides. She let us borrow some furniture for our giant christmas shoots we do every year. Jessica and Pete were scheduled to come in for their maternity session a few days before our Christmas shoots began.
We already had the furniture, so we wanted to try it out! We were so glad we did. This maternity session was gorgeous! These parents to be are so casual but so sexy! Very red carpet feel!
After this Jessica changed into some work out clothes. Her and her husband do CrossFit and she wanted some fun images. They even brought weights. This mama was in shape!
