Chelsea and Ben had a beautiful destination wedding in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Asheville North Carolina. This was also on a bucket list for Neal Urban Weddings. Neal Urban Photography could not wait to photograph this bride and groom is some amazing locations. The bride is local to Buffalo NY, while the groom's family is in North Carolina. Both wanted something small and intimate, so destination wedding was they way to go.
Neal Urban Photography arrived a few days early to Asheville. The plan was to do engagement photos with the bride and groom to be a few days before the wedding. This gave us time to go to some of their favorite locations that could not be reached the day of the wedding. The engagement photos took place at Tom's Creek Falls. A small hike up to a waterfall. Amazing!
Wedding day would take place at an over look in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The massive mountains as a backdrop. Then down the way for photos at Craggy Gardens. There were also some other spots down the Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway that the bride knew of and wanted to stop.
The small reception would take place at Isla Bistro in downtown Asheville. This was right outside of the Bistro. It had started to rain and Neal Urban Photography asked the couple if they would be up for heading outside for a few photos! The brick road with the sheen of rain looked so great with the light reflecting on it. This was a fun place to have the bride and groom run across the street!
Getting ready took place at Hotel Indigo in downtown Asheville NC. The views from the bride's suite were amazing.
