Destination weddings are a great time for Neal Urban Photography, especially when they are close to home and drivable. This amazing wedding was located at the Atheneaum Hotel at the Chautauqua Institution, just a few hour drive from Neal Urban Studio. The Athenaeum Hotel is beautiful. Massive wrap around porch with huge pillars. It almost resembles a giant bed and breakfast with a gorgeous view of Chautauqua Lake.
Neal Urban Wedding photographed the rehearsal dinner at Bemus Point Golf Club and Tap House. A very casual outdoor event with fire pit and corn hole for the guests to hang out! Neal Urban Photography was able to sneak the bride and groom away for some engagement style photos during the rehearsal. This was the first time Neal and Danielle Urban actually met the couple in person!
Almost all of the guests got ready and stayed at the Athenaeum Hotel. The wedding ceremony took place at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Bemus Point NY. A beautiful and quaint church. The groom arrived in a vintage red Porsche, that belonged to his grandfather. Neal Urban took advantage and used it for wedding photos with the bride and groom later in the day.
Before heading over to Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, the bride wanted to do a first look with the groomsmen before getting on the limo party bus. She was also very close to this group of guys, so they were very excited to have this moment with her!
Wedding party photos took place right on the ground of the Athenaeum Hotel. Prom season was also in full effect that weekend, so a lot of the local schools use the hotel for photos as well!
Back to the Chautauqua Institution wedding. The wedding reception was super simple and fun. This husband and wife just wanted everyone to have fun and party! Their dance party was crazy! An amazing destination wedding for Neal Urban Weddings.
