The Mansion at Knox Farm Wedding

Kristy and Rich had anything but an easy time planning their wedding. Due to Covid, they had to move their wedding date three times. Finally in August 2020 their wedding was able to take place. But, back a few years, Neal Urban Photography had the pleasure of photographing their engagement session. It took place on a beautiful day at Knox Farm State Park.

Flash forward to wedding planning, the bride and groom were planning a Statler City Wedding in downtown Buffalo. After multiple setbacks with Covid, the couple decided when some of the mandates lifted to do a small intimate wedding at Knox Farm State Park (where it all began). Neal Urban Weddings was so happy to be a part of their day. Everything took place at Knox, from getting ready, to ceremony, photos, and reception. What a reception they had! No dancing rules, not for this family. The reception was outdoors, so they took advantage of the whole area (in the dark) to party. So clever! With a DJ like Mike Setlock from Signature Entertainment, it’s hard to not have an amazing wedding reception party.

The wedding took place at the Mansion on Knox Farm. It was beautiful. The bride and bridesmaids had the upper floor, while the groomsmen took advantage of the lower level. Not once, did the bride and groom see each other! Kristy looked stunning in her wedding dress. It was raining on and off on the morning of the wedding. But that did not stop some really nice lighting from filtering into the rooms. This particular room was perfect for the bride’s portraits. Pose with her wedding bouquet was perfect! Let’s not forget to mention how well her style of dress goes with the white walls and molding.

Kristy and Rich ended up having a better wedding than they could have imagined. Neal Urban Weddings was so happy they were able to have a dream wedding!
