Neal Urban Photography had the pleasure of photographing this destination wedding in San Antonio Texas. This bride and groom had their rustic wedding at the 1850 Settlement. What an amazing location. There were barns, donkeys, cows, cowboys, cowboy boots, cowboy hats, bon fires, s'mores and a gorgeous bride and groom.
The wedding ceremony took place on the grand lawn right outside of the reception barn. The back drop were rolling hills, rustic wooden fences, and some cows and bulls! How fun! Donkeys were walked in carrying beverages for the wedding guests. Huge surprise for everyone.
The 1850 Settlement had so many different areas for Neal Urban Weddings to use for photos. Neal Urban Photography attended the wedding rehearsal the day before to get the lay of the land and meet everyone. Even the owners of the Settlement. Following that, the bride and groom had a small rehearsal dinner at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.
Wedding guests flew in from all over the US to celebrate this bride and groom. The band was so much fun playing country music and intertwining music from all eras. The wedding guests were loving it. Before Neal Urban Photography was to say goodbye, we took the newlyweds outside for some night photos.
One of the guests had a white convertible Rolls Royce Neal Urban Weddings was able to use for photos. The owner drove the car to where Neal Urban needed it, with the Settlement owners home in the back ground. Had the headlights turned on and added in a fun prom pose! Perfect photo to end the night!
